What age children do you teach?

• Our classes are suitable for children from ages 5 to 12.
• See our class details for more information.

Are your classes and workshops suitable for my child. What experience do they need?

• Every child is welcome to attend. They do not need any previous experience,
• Our classes are small so they will receive the guidance needed for them to develop their skills.

What materials do I need?

• All art materials are included for the class, but you are welcome to bring you own.
• Please contact us for recommended items.

What should I wear?

• We recommend wearing an art- shirt (an old t-shirt) or an apron over your normal clothes.

Can I bring food and drink?

• A bottle of water and a small snack is fine.
• Please make sure the snack is nut free.

Can I get a sibling discount?

• Yes. Sibling discounts are available for full term, and part term bookings. 
• Use coupon code SIB-10 at checkout.
  
• We do not offer the discount for trial classes.

Where are you located?

• We hold our classes and workshops at OPEN Ealing.
• We also hold after school classes for the pupils at Montpelier Primary School

Is car parking or drop off space available?

• The nearest car park Is on Springbridge Road and only a few minutes walk to OPEN Ealing.
• Drop-off space is not available.

What time do I have get to the venue?

• Please arrive on time, as we start promptly.

What about pick up?

• Please collect your child/children promptly at the end of each class.
• Let us know in writing if you are happy for your child to make their own way home.

Can parents/guardians stay in the class?

• The classes are drop off and collection only. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Can I book on an ad-hoc basis?

• We do not offer ad-hoc bookings.
• Please contact us to book a trial class. If you wish to continue, you can then book for the remainder of the term if space is available.
  

Can I join after the term has started?

• Yes. It is possible to join part way through a term if space is available.

Can I pay in instalments?

• Unfortunately not.

Do you accept childcare voucher schemes?

• Unfortunately not. Card, cheque, and cash payements are accepted.
